Terms and Conditions for Safari Services

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Safari services (“Services”) provided by [Your Company Name] (“Company”) to the customer (“Customer”). By booking a Safari with the Company, the Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
Booking and Payment:
a. The Customer must make a reservation for the Safari through the Company’s designated booking channels and provide accurate and complete information.
b. A deposit or full payment, as specified by the Company, is required to secure the booking. Payment methods accepted will be communicated by the Company.
c. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid by the Customer prior to the Safari departure date, as per the Company’s payment policy.

The following payment plan is used:
a. 10% of the total cost of the camping safari must be paid as a deposit.
b. Bookings for safari lodges require a 40% deposit, which must be made.
c. Bookings for tailor-made options require a deposit, which can range from 10% to 70%.
d. Final payments are possible and are expected upon arrival (cash is preferred & accepted).
e. Payment methods include credit cards, bank wire transfers, and online payments such as PesaPal. For this process to be possible, we will supply our banking information.

NOTE: All payments should be sent to the company’s Tanzanian-based accounts. There are no offshore accounts with us.

Cancellation and Refunds:
a. Cancellation requests by the Customer must be made in writing to the Company. The refund policy will be outlined by the Company and is subject to specific terms and timelines.
b. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Safari due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other events beyond its control. In such cases, the Customer will be offered an alternative date or a refund, as determined by the Company.
c. People who cancel less than 10 days before the excursion will lose the cost of the tour. In exceptional situations that may be verified, a refund may be taken into account.
d. With the exception of lodging tours, where refunds are subject to the lodge’s restrictions, anyone who cancel before the tour’s start date will receive a refund (minus bank transaction fees).

e. There are no refunds for canceled individual trips, but exchanges are accepted. To safeguard you in the event of cancellation or change, you are required to get complete insurance coverage for the tour package and airline tickets.
f. Clients may occasionally receive a credit note for deposits paid; this typically applies to reservations made during shoulder seasons.

Safari Itinerary and Changes:
a. The Safari itinerary, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, will be provided by the Company. However, the Company may need to make changes to the itinerary due to factors such as weather conditions or safety concerns. The Company will strive to provide suitable alternatives in such cases.
b. The Company shall not be held liable for any disruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by third-party service providers or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Participant Responsibilities:
a. The Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, required for the Safari.
b. The Customer must comply with local laws and regulations, as well as the instructions and guidelines provided by the Company’s staff or guides during the Safari.
c. The Customer is responsible for their personal belongings and any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the Safari.

Limitation of Liability:
a. The Company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay incurred by the Customer during the Safari, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.
b. The Customer agrees to participate in the Safari at their own risk and releases the Company, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from personal injury, illness, or property
damage.

Intellectual Property:

a. The Company retains all intellectual property rights related to its Safari materials, including photographs, videos, and written content. The Customer may not use, reproduce, or distribute these materials without the prior written consent of the Company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

Severability:
a. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By booking a Safari with the Company, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood
